I cannot thank you enough for the hard work and outstanding professionalism you showed in selling our home. This is our third home sale in the last 10 years and by far was the best experience from start to finish. Our other real estate transactions required a buying and selling agent and to be honest it was difficult to see a large chunk of our investment go into the pockets of individuals who put in no more than a months work into the sale of our home. The coup de grace was your attendance at the closing of our home. We have never had a realtor participate at that level before. Wow!
The concept of a reasonable flat fee should have every national realtor worried. Why pay an additional realtor 3-3.5% more for showing your home when that money can go in my pocket? You helped sell our home in two months, in a down market, for close to our asking price. What else could you ask for?
Assist2sell provides all the services a full real estate office does (MLS, flyers, newspaper listings, signage,etc.) with the added bonus of feeling like you are the only client. What is more impressive is how much traffic we got in our open houses we hosted weekly. I thought the key to the sale of our home was our interaction with potential buyers verse a realtor who has no vested interest or understanding of our home. What better people to sell a home than the home owner themselves. I think our passion for the home, neighborhood and the community really aided in selling our residence.
