When you list with a traditional agent, they place your home into MLS. This is usually done for 6-7% commission. The listing office offers to share the total commission you are paying with the other MLS agents. As a result the commission is usually split, 3-4% for the listing agent and 3-4% for the buyers agent. This compensation is their incentive to sell your home.

Our agents work the same as traditional agents to assure that everything that needs to be done, gets done.
